Question: What size do I order?

Answer: How to Measure Your Dog - We try to customize our clothing to the most average sizes. Our lengths are in even size numbers. If you measure from neck to tail 10 ? inches I would recommend ordering the size 11. We have a box for you to fill in the neck size and girth or belly size. This seems to work well as we do not add any Velcro until those sizes are given.

This assures a neat appearance with out any extra material and also allows us to customize your belly size as we all know some of our dogs overeat a little and some are just right. One size does not fit all. If you need more advice please contact us though email and I will be happy to answer your questions. A total custom fit is available for an extra charge if you really want that outfit in a half size. I find that by offering the neck and girth size there is really no need to order a custom length.

 

Question: What types of payment do you accept?

Answer: Payment methods include, PayPal, Company Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

 

Question: What is your exchange or return policy?

Answer: If you are not completely satisfied with any unused items exceptions are formal attire or the signature couture line may not be returned all sales are final. All other items may be returned (unless they have been custom fit), this includes an item that we fit for your neck and girth size. You may return the item for store credit or exchange only.   Unauthorized returns, C.O.D., and postage due returns will not be accepted and will be returned to you.  You may return your merchandise to us in its original and unused condition within 15 days of receipt for a merchandise exchange or store credit.  This applies to My Utpown Pooch and Emma Rose Design

Please do not place a new order for the item(s) you would like in exchange. If you place a new order, your credit card will be charged for that order and you will be issued a store credit for your returned merchandise. Store credits are valid for one year from the issue date and can be used for website purchases. We absolutely guarantee your satisfaction.

Our apologies, but we do not issue refunds, will not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders, and we cannot accept returns COD. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

Upon confirmation of your original order and receipt of the return merchandise in it's unused original condition, a Store Credit Memo will be emailed to you for your records.  Your store credit is valid for one year form the issue date and can be used for website purchases. If you need help in measuring your dog please ask for assistance.

Should you have need to return or exchange the merchandise, please contact us before mailing the return or exchange item(s).

 

Question: What is your delivery time?

Answer: Our standard delivery time is 7 to 14 days.  Items that are personalized, customized may take longer. Our shipping prices are based on amount of total purchase. Orders are charged in full upon time of purchase. Items that are ordered together may not arrive in the same box or at the same time.

You will be notified via e-mail if any items in your order are on backorder.  All backordered items will be shipped free of charge as soon as they arrive.  For a total custom Order Items please allow up to three weeks for delivery. 

We are offering many items. Our items may be shipped in different boxes from USPS, Fedex, or UPS, depending on the size and what it is you have ordered. All items may not be shipped by the same carrier. You will be notified though email as to the exact delivery of your items. We try to ship as fast and as safe as possible, to insure you receive your items in perfect condition.

 

Question: Can I change my oder?

Answer: Orders may only be changed or cancelled within 2 hours from entry. Most orders are processed within 6 hours and cannot be altered after that time. Please use our contact us form to notify us of changes to your order.

 

Terms of Sale

Shipments from our facility are F.O.B. our location. My Uptown Pooch /Emma Rose Designs/ on an "as is", as "available" basis and the company specifically disclaims warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  No oral advice or written or electronically delivered information given b the company or its affiliates, or any of its officers, directors, employees, agents, providers, merchants, sponsors, licensors, or the like, shall create any warranty. My Uptown Pooch will not be liable for any damages of any kind related to your use of this site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties. By your use of this site, you acknowledge that your use of this site and your connection to this site is at your own risk and you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with the necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment used in connection with your use of this site.  Under no circumstances shall the company or any other party involved in creating, producing, or distributing My Uptown Pooch.com will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including without limited to reliance by you on any mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, or email, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance, whether or not resulting from acts of God. We will not be responsible in any way any injury to your pet from any products purchased from My Uptown Pooch or any employee or affiliate associated with us.
